Delivery terms:1. The minimum purchase price.
2. Minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in edition of the contract of the customer
4. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- the presence of SRO.
- availability of voluntary certification.
- the availability of human resources.
- experience in carrying out similar work over the past 3 years.
5. Duration of work: from 05/01/2020 to 10/31/2020.
6. Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, bill of exchange of RUSAL Achinsk JSC.
7. Quality assurance of work, services (from 12 months).
8. The presence of a production base.
9. The presence of vehicles.
10. The availability of specialized equipment.
11. For failure to meet the deadlines for work, penalties are provided in the amount of not less than 10% of the cost of work performed.
12. The minimum number and qualified composition of workers on the site: installers 5r-1 4r-2, 3r-1; welder 5r-2; slingers 4r-2, 3r-2; concrete workers 5r-1 4r-1.

Comments:
A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
