Comments: Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• a copy of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform work in the field of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of capital construction objects
equipment for the chemical and oil refining industry (no later than 1 month from the date of issue);
• confirm the presence of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.3, B.1.14, B.1.15, B.1.17, b.1.19, b.8.22, b.8.23, b.8.26, B. 9.31, b.8.21;
• confirm the availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (fire);
• confirm the availability of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (work at height);
• confirm the availability of personnel trained to carry out work of increased danger (gas hazardous);
• confirm the presence (own or leased) of certified NMC laboratories by types of control: X-ray control, CDS, VIC, ultrasonic control, as well as equipment, tools, certificates, verification certificates for the devices used, necessary to perform the entire range of works (confirmed by certificates);
• confirm the availability of NAKS certificates for welding work at the personnel;
• confirm the availability of certified welding technologies, certified welding equipment, welding (surfacing) materials;
• confirm that employees have PPE;
• to confirm the equipment with tools, including small-scale mechanization tools;
• confirm the presence of scaffolding;
• confirm the availability of lifting devices;
• confirm the presence of experience in similar types of work at chemical enterprises;
