3.4.1. Платеж в размере 90% стоимости работ, указанных в подписываемых Сторонами Актах о приемке выполненных работ (по форме КС-2) и Справках о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (по форме КС-3), производятся в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания вышеуказанных документов, предусмотренных п.4.1 Договора, на основании счетов, выставленных Подрядчиком.
