Comments:
- Place of work: Labytnangi.
- Description of the work: see ATTACHMENT.
- Storage of repair materials should be carried out in places agreed with the Customer.
- Passing the TB Briefing at the place of work
- Provision of qualified personnel to perform the work (certification, permits, etc. according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation
- Providing working personnel with the necessary serviceable equipment and tools.
- Compliance with the rules and regulations inside the facility.
- Execution and delivery of works on time according to the contract
- Acceptance of works is carried out after the completion of the scope of work, by signing the Act of acceptance of completed works.
- The ongoing procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
-This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
