Auto-extension

Payment terms:
the payment under the contract are carried out by Employer by transferring money to the account of the Contractor with a delay of no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of acts of acceptance of the executed works in form of COP 2, the value of work performed and costs form COP-3, the provision of Contractor invoices, bills/invoices. Acceptance certificates and certificate signed by 25 monthly until the number of the month. By written agreement of the parties pay for services hereunder may be in other ways, consistent with applicable law.
