3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (the template is attached to the auction).

5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);

7. To conclude an agreement, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
