Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Payment terms:The Customer shall pay for the services in 100% amount, within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of receipt of the equipment from repair to the Customer's warehouse and signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the services provided, subject to receipt by the Customer of a duly executed Invoice for
payment, originals of the act of acceptance of works, invoices issued in accordance with the requirements tax legislation of the Russian Federation, the original contract.
Delivery terms:The choice of the method of sending the equipment for repair, including the date and time of dispatch and receipt, is carried out after prior agreement by the Parties.

Comments:
Settlements under the agreement are carried out using settlement accounts opened by the Parties in the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement, the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner of the "request for proposals" procedure, must, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.

The Bidder of the Call for Bidding must attach a commercial offer with the signature of the responsible person on the letterhead. Product passport. The price offer and the terms of delivery submitted through the functionality of the E-Marketplace must correspond to the price and conditions in the commercial offer.

Provision of a package of documents specified in the file "Documentation for the contract" is MANDATORY. In the absence of all or part of these documents, the bid is not subject to consideration.
