If at the stage of execution of the Contract the defective list for a particular unit of equipment is agreed by the parties, it will provide less repair work and (or) less use of materials, spare parts, Executor is obliged to lower the cost of repairs in accordance with the reduction of repair work and consumption of materials and spare parts.
The use of materials and spare parts of Executor is Foreseen.
The Participant should have the necessary professional knowledge and experience, have the resource opportunities (financial, logistical, industrial, labor), managerial competence, experience and reputation.
