Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment will be made within 60 calendar days from the date of signing the certificates of completed works in the form of KS-2, KS-3. If it is impossible to fulfill the required payment conditions, offer your alternative option. The advance payments made must be accompanied by appropriate bank guarantees for their return with a validity period exceeding the duration of the work for 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to choose an acceptable option for cooperation in terms of payment terms.
The price in the commercial offer should include, among other things, the cost of equipment and materials needed to perform the work, the cost of delivery, loading and unloading, overhead and transportation costs, as well as compensation for all possible costs, costs and risks. The total cost of the work is not subject to increase and must be supported by a certified local estimate.
