Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.

A MANDATORY CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE TENDER is a visit to the facility to clarify all technical issues before submitting a tender proposal.

The procedure will definitely include rebidding.
