The choice of the most advantageous offer for Salavatsteklo JSC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- payment is preferable within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery;
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement according to the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo";
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
