2. Копию свидетельства о допуске, выданного СРО на выполнение данных видов работ;
3. Копию свидетельства о регистрации и постановке на учет в налоговые органы;
4. Копию устава Вашей организации;
5. Справку по налогам и сборам за последний отчетный период.
