Payment terms:Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, promissory note of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert assessment of the choice of the Contractor for the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. Minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in edition of the contract of the customer.
4. Availability of permits and resources for the performance of work:
- the presence of SRO.
- the availability of human resources, trained personnel.
- experience in carrying out similar work at similar facilities over the past 2-3 years.
5. Terms of work: until 07/01/2020
6. Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion by cash, promissory note of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
7. Quality assurance of work, services: from 36 months.
8. The ownership of the company or under a lease of specialized machinery, equipment.
9. For failure to meet the deadlines for work, penalties are provided in the amount of not less than 20% of the cost of work performed.
10. The advantage is the availability of experience with RUSAL.
11. The contractor is obliged to produce supporting documents upon request.

Comments:
A commercial proposal must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) of a document signed by an authorized person and sealed with the seal of the organization.
RUSAL Achinsk JSC has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- a commercial offer is received after a specified period;
- terms of the offer do not comply with the terms of the Invitation;
- a commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted against him;
- the selection participant has negative experience with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
