Payment terms:Payment within 60 cd from the moment of signing the certificate of completion in cash, by a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
Delivery terms:The criteria for expert evaluation for the selection of the Contractor for the performance of the work are:
1. The minimum cost of the service.
2. The minimum prices for goods and materials (market) are checked and agreed by the customer.
3. Work in the revision of the customer's contract.
4. The contractor for overhaul / current repair is obliged:
- to be a member of an SRO in the field of overhaul of capital construction projects (clause 1 of article 55.8 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation), with the right to participate in competitive procurement and conclude contracts for overhaul and a corresponding contribution to the compensation fund for securing contractual obligations, with the exception of cases specified in Clauses 2.1, 2.2, Article 52 of the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
- overhaul / current repairs should be performed in accordance with the developed work production project (PPR);
- ensure the availability of qualified engineering and technical personnel to perform the functions of the Contractor, as well as qualified workers in leading specialties to perform the scope of work;
- ensure the availability of a certified system, the scope of certification must correspond to the types of work performed on the object (capital / current repairs);
- ensure the availability of a certified system, labor safety and health protection;
- ensure the availability of work experience on the subject of the procurement for at least two years.
5. Terms of work: until 31.12.2021
6. Payment within 60 cd. from the moment of signing the certificate of completion in cash, by a bill of exchange of JSC RUSAL Achinsk.
7. Quality guarantees for work and services from 24 months.
8. Availability of the company or under a lease agreement for specialized machinery and equipment.
9. The contractor is obliged to present supporting documents upon request.
10. For failure to meet the deadline for work, penalties are provided in the amount of at least 20% of the cost of work performed.

Comments:
The commercial offer must be sent in the form of an electronic (scanned copy) document signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization's seal.
JSC RUSAL Achinsk has the right to refuse to participate in the Selection in the following cases:
- the commercial offer was received after the expiration of the specified period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not correspond to the terms of the invitation;
- the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial proposal is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- the Selection participant has negative experience of working with UC RUSAL enterprises;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.

The selection will be held with mandatory rebidding.
