11. Purpose of work execution.
11.1. Repair of facades of buildings.
12. List and scope of work performed.

13. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the contractor.
13.1. The works are performed from the artist's material.
13.2. Load-lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation works are provided by the executor.
13.3. The tool for performing works is provided by the performer.
14. Requirements to the executor.
14.1. The executor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, to be a member of the Self-regulatory Organization (SRO).
14.2. To clarify the conditions of performance of work, acquaintance with the object necessarily arrival of representatives of executor to the customer.
14.3. In the organization of the executor on a staff schedule should be not less than ten regular units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and economic activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
14.4. The executor in the commercial offer indicates the order of payment of works and other conditions.
14.5. Attestation of the head, ITER and executors on industrial safety and labor protection at the OPCO. According to annex № 1.
14.6. Provision OF HSE measures for safe methods of work on site.
14.7. The executor is obliged to provide before the beginning of works copies of documents confirming presence in the contracting organization of the Service on safety and/or labour protection Specialist (order on appointment to the position in the contracting organization, the certificate of the specialist Protection of labor) or the existence of a contract with an accredited organization in the field of provision of health services.
14.8. The executor before the beginning of works provides a schedule of works.
15. Terms of work
15.1. Work at the existing enterprise.
15.2. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by executor.
15.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with the PBR for installation is provided by the executor.
15.4. The customer shall provide the vehicles for garbage removal and disposal.
16. Terms of work performance.
16.1. The beginning of works – May 2019g.
16.2. The end of Works-August 2019 G.
17. The list of documents necessary for registration of dresses-tolerances at the enterprise is attached to the technical specification. Annex 1
