11. The purpose of the work.
11.1. Repair of the facades of the plant management building inv. No. 1808 (Height 9.9m), central entrance invo 1809 (height 6.6m).
12. The list and scope of work.
12.1. See in TK
13. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor.
13.1. Works are performed from the artist material.
13.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation work provides the performer.
13.3. A tool for the performance of work provides the performer.
13.4. The selection and quality of paints (primer and enamel) is carried out by the performer
14. Requirements for the Contractor.
14.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO)
14.2. To clarify the conditions of work, familiarization with the object must be the arrival of representatives of the Contractor to the customer.
14.3. In the organization of the Contractor, according to the staffing table, there must be at least ten established units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and business activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
14.4. The contractor in his commercial proposal specifies the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
14.5. Certification of the head, ITR and executors on industrial safety and labor protection on OPO According to Appendix №1.
14.6. Ensuring occupational safety and health measures for safe work practices at the facility.
14.7. The contractor is obliged to provide, prior to commencement of work, copies of documents confirming the presence of a labor protection service and / or a labor protection specialist in a contracting organization (order of appointment to a position in a contracting organization, certificate of a labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of service on labor protection.
14.8. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
15. Terms of work
15.1. Work at the operating enterprise.
15.2. The development of PPR or PKRC is carried out by the Contractor.
15.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with the outage for installation provides the Contractor.
15.4. Cars for garbage collection and disposal are provided by the Customer.
16. Turnaround time.
16.1. Start of work - June 2019.
16.2. Completion - September 2019
17. A list of documents required for issuing work orders and tolerances at the enterprise is attached to the technical task. Annex 1.

Comments:
The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for receipt of applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
