2. The purpose of the work.
2.1. Repair of the facades of the factory management building inv. No. 1808 (height 9.9 m), central entrance inv. 1809 (height 6.6 m).
3. The list and volume of work performed.
3.1. Look in TK
4. Materials, mechanisms, equipment and tools provided by the Contractor. 4.1. Work is performed from the material of the contractor.
4.2. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and installation works are provided by the contractor.
4.3. The tool for the work is provided by the contractor.
4.4. Selection and quality of paints and varnishes (primer and enamel) is carried out by the contractor
5. Requirements for the Contractor.
5.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to perform this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO)
5.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
5.3. The Contractor’s organization must have at least ten full-time units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and business activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
5.4. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
5.5. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety and labor protection performers at the public educational institution. According to the application №1.
5.6. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
5.7. The contractor is obliged to provide copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist in the contractor (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services labor protection.
5.8. The contractor before the start of work provides a schedule of work.
6. Terms of work
6.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
6.2. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
6.3. Lifting mechanisms, rigging devices in accordance with PPR for installation are provided by the Contractor.
6.4. Cars for garbage removal and disposal are provided by the Customer.
7. Turnaround time.
7.1. Start of work - September 2019
7.2. Completion of work - October 2019.
8. A list of documents required for the execution of orders - tolerances at the enterprise is attached to the terms of reference. Annex 1.

Comments:
The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:

- The presence of medical admission of personnel to work on the public education.
