Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
1. It is necessary to attach all the required documents (completed Appendices 2-6, a list of documents confirming the qualification of personnel in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Requirements Specification and an extract from the SRO, as well as documents confirming the presence of authorized gas analyzers, and fill in the tabular part of the E-Marketplaces).
2. The proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the system of Diadocs (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.

5. In case of winning the tender with the Bidder, the possibility of concluding an EDI Agreement is being considered (the draft is attached to the Call for Bidding), and it is also mandatory to conclude an Agreement on ensuring Production Safety (the draft is attached to the Call for Bidding, it must be signed when submitting the Technical and Commercial Proposal).
