3. Scope of work:
3.1. Dismantling, manufacturing and installation, according to the defective list

4. Requirements for the Contractor.
4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, it is necessary for the representatives of the Contractor to come to the Customer.
4.3. The contractor in his proposal indicates the payment procedure and other conditions.
4.4. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial and occupational safety and health performers at the public educational institution in accordance with Appendix 1.
4.5. Ensuring HSE measures with safe methods for performing work at the facility.
4.6. In the case of justified comments to the staff on the quality of work performed, safety violations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer’s specialists, the Contractor must immediately replace these workers.
4.7. The work performed not of high quality should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and delivered to the Customer.
4.8. The placement in the sanitary facilities of workers employed to perform this work is performed by the Contractor. The customer, if available, can arrange for workers to be placed on a contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer estimates, a linear schedule of work, POR, PPR and technological maps for all necessary work - no more than 15 calendar days after the winner of the competitive procedure.
4.10. Provide certificates of conformity for the materials used.
4.11. It is necessary to have an SRO for these types of work.
5. Terms of work
5.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
5.2. Work is performed from the material of the Contractor.
5.3. Lifting mechanisms and mechanisms for loading and unloading operations, a motor transport port for the performance of work is provided by the Contractor.
5.4. The overhead crane for dismantling / mounting of the metalwork in the workshop is provided by the Customer.
5.5. Electric welding and gas cutting equipment is provided by the Contractor.
5.6. Consumables for electric welding and gas cutting equipment are provided by the Contractor.
5.7. Cars for the removal of scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
6. Place of work:
6.1. Territory of the Customer and Contractor.
7. Terms of work:
7.1. Dismantling, manufacturing and installation - until 31.10.2020
7.2. In the case of an increase in the repair time, penalties are applied to the Contractor.
