Расчет по договору производится Заказчиком в размере 100% от стоимости выполненных работ через 60 календарных дней с момента предоставления первичной отчетности (формы КС-2,КС-3), счет-фактуры), путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика, указанный в договоре. Заказчик имеет право на досрочное погашение долга при наличии денежных средств. Заказчик имеет право приостановить любые выплаты в пользу контрагента при нарушении им сроков или обязанностей, предусмотренных договором, до момента устранения нарушений условий договора и выплаты штрафов или возмещения убытков.

ремонтная площадка подрядной организации. Доставка оборудования на ремонтную площадку Подрядчика и обратно осуществляется за счет Заказчика.
