Mandatory conditions for participation in the tender:
The contractor must provide:
• application form (Appendix 1);
• application form (company card) of the bidder;
• reference list for similar types of work;
• copies of the boom. balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the last 3 years;
• TAP, which consists of two parts:
a) the commercial part with the application of the calculation, which indicates the cost of work and spare parts, taking into account the consumables listed in the terms of reference for the choice of a contractor for the conclusion of a contract for the repair of GMT bulldozer B-11 (ATC-TK-016 of 05.05.2022). Spare parts and materials are provided by the contractor.
b) the technical part.
