Payment terms:Within 30 (thirty) banking days after the delivery of the results of the work, provided that the work is performed properly and within the agreed time. The works are considered completed after the Parties sign an Act of Acceptance of the completed works (form KS-2) and a Certificate of the cost of the completed works and costs (form KS-3).
Delivery terms:The start of work is additionally agreed with the Customer.

Comments:
The Bidder who took part in the procedure (who made an offer), before the deadline for accepting bids expires, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for the execution of works (see the file "Proposal for the execution of works") be sure to attach an estimate of the cost of work.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
10. Requirements for the contractor:
— Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
— Development by the contractor of the PPR, PPRK, Fabricated rubber products.
— Availability of certification of the manager, IT, industrial safety workers at the OPO.
— Availability of medical admission of personnel to work at the OPO.
