TECHNICAL TASK:

Contains the following information:

Scope of work and requirements for them;
Terms of work (changes in terms are allowed with the consent of the representative of Pirelli Russia);
Requirements for the qualifications of performers (labor protection, required licenses, etc.);
And other important aspects.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. Dottorzhka is possible only in exceptional cases.
The term of the procedure can be extended at the request of the participant. To do this, contact the representative of Pirelli Russia.


SUBMISSION OF OFFER:

In the price application, it is necessary to indicate the cost of work performed in rubles, excluding VAT.
For the final price application, you must support the commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

The commercial proposal must indicate:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the technical assignment (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
Information on the involvement of subcontractors with a listing of their names and TIN.

COMPLETION OF THE PROCEDURE:

After completion of the stage of collecting proposals, the representative of Pirelli Russia will contact the representative of the counterparty. The counterparty has 5 working days to provide documents on labor protection and industrial safety specified in clause 14 of the technical task to confirm their qualifications and admission to work. The deadline for submitting documents may be extended with the consent of the representative of Pirelli Russia. In case of failure to provide documents within the established time frame, Pirelli Russia reserves the right to reconsider the choice of the participant.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
