Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Location of work (provision of services): distribution centers of JSC "Tander", a service provider company, when they are located in a city where the distribution center is located, subject to compensation for transportation costs.

The term of the work (provision of services) is 1 year from the date of the conclusion of the contract, on a daily basis.
The volume of repair services provided should correspond to a quantitative indicator by type of packaging in accordance with Appendix No. 2 of the TOR (as attached).

Price indicators: the marginal cost as a whole on the subject of the contract in current prices 2019 with the preservation of the cost of 1 year.

The list of addresses of distribution centers is given in Appendix No. 1 of the TZ.

Submission of price proposals only in RUBLES (indicate if participation of foreign companies is not expected or there is no corresponding approval of the manager).

A procurement participant may repeatedly improve its price offer until the end of submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Other is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated participants from the competition.
