Payment terms:
100% deferred payment for at least 30 working days from the date of completion of the work.
Delivery terms:
Execution of works in the contractor's service center located in the Tambov region.
Warranty for used spare parts according to the service book of the vehicle or the warranty of the manufacturer of spare parts.
Warranty for repair services of components and assemblies (internal combustion engine, gearbox, RCP, main gears of driving axles) for at least 1 year or 50,000 km of mileage.

Comments: The commercial offer must specify:
- Cost of work;
- Payment terms;
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- Willingness to work under the standard contract of Rusagro Group of Companies;
