4. For participating companies that did not have contractual relations with OOO Mechel-Koks, it is mandatory to upload documents strictly according to the List (attached);

6. Please note that the Request for Quotations (Proposals) is not an auction, incl. competition and / or auction, and its holding is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFQ (Proposals) procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061, Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure for Request for Quotations (Proposals) does not impose on the Organizer the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations.
7. The term for concluding an agreement is 20 working days after the approval of the protocol and the submission of the agreement on paper. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends out appropriate notifications in the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
