Auto-extension

Payment terms:Customer shall pay for work by transferring money by payment orders to the Contractor's checking account within 120 (one hundred and twenty) calendar days from the date the parties signed the deed receipt of work performed, the uniform form of OS-3 acts, Contractor's invoices for the volume of work performed.

Comments:
This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!!!

MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT IN THE CUSTOMER'S EDITORIAL.

1. The contractor undertakes to complete Annex 1 of this specification in the form of a technical and commercial proposal.
2. Subcontracting third-party enterprises is permitted only by written agreement with the Customer for subcontracting equipment.
3. The Contractor's positive experience of cooperation with Tatburneft LLC is welcome.
4. Customer has the right to adjust the contract's cost to less/increase the amount of work carried out.
5. According to the results of the bidding, Contractor must agree with the Customer for scheduled calculations, calculation of the cost of repair and decryption of the cost items.
6. For additional work, specify the cost.

A commercial offer application on letterhead is mandatory.
