Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:payment of the executed works is carried out by the customer by transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor not later than the 2nd working day after the expiry of 3 calendar months from the end of the month in which the documents were provided, Confirming the delivery duly signed by both parties and the original invoices.
In case of changing the terms of payment, the proposals of the participants will be assessed at the present cost, taking into account the discount rate of 11.01%
