Payment terms:Preferred payment terms: Payment under the Agreement is made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs of form No. KS-3, Certificate of acceptance of work performed form No. KS-2, if there is a corresponding invoice- the invoice of the Contractor (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Agreement). The customer makes payment in the amount of 90%, including VAT, of the cost specified in the Certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3), signed by the Parties. The final settlement under the Agreement is carried out in accordance with clauses 5.6.-5.10., 5.13. Of the contract.

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
