14. Requirements for the Contractor.
14.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
14.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
14.3. The Contractor’s organization must have at least ten full-time units of working professions. The organization must conduct production and business activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet

14.5. Certification of the head, engineering and industrial safety and labor protection performers at the public educational institution. According to the application №1.

The contractor is obliged to provide copies of documents confirming the availability of a labor protection service and / or labor protection specialist in the contractor (order of appointment to the contractor, certificate of labor protection specialist) or an agreement with an accredited organization in the field of services labor protection.
15. Terms of work
15.1. Work in an existing enterprise.
15.2. During the dismantling, installation of metal structures of crane beams, there is no possibility to use lifting mechanisms on the air passage, due to the location of the processing equipment.
15.3. Development of PPR or PPRK is carried out by the Contractor.
15.4. Installation of rigging devices, winches, scaffolding, the Contractor takes into account the cost of work on the development of the design and construction works.
15.5. An order is issued for the performance of work - admission.
16. Turnaround time.
16.1. The beginning of work is July 2019.
16.2. Completion of work - December 2019.
17. A list of documents required for processing outfits and tolerances at the enterprise is attached to the terms of reference.
