Payment terms:Расчеты за выполненные работы осуществляются Заказчиком на основании подписанных Сторонами ежемесячных актов о приемке выполненных работ (форма № КС-2), справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма № КС-3) в следующем порядке: 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 (сорок пять) дней, 50% - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 90 (девяносто) дней или векселями со сроком погашения не ранее 90 (девяносто) дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон)
