Payment terms:"Оплата работ производится Заказчиком поэтапно, по фактически выполненным работам:
- 50 % стоимости выполненных работ оплачиваются путём перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика с отсрочкой платежа 45 дней с момента подписания обеими Сторонами акта выполненных работ ф. № 2 за отчётный период на основании выставляемого Подрядчиком счёта на оплату;
- 50 % с отсрочкой платежа 90 дней или векселями ОАО «Волжская ТГК» сроком погашения не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по соглашению сторон).
Акты выполненных работ подписываются ежемесячно."
