Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:deferred payment (indicating the number of calendar days from the date of delivery of the relevant consignment).
Delivery terms:delivery time is determined by agreement of the Parties. The purchase participant must specify a specific delivery time of the goods from the moment of conclusion of the contract (10 days/30 days, etc.). The possibility of delivery of goods in the shortest time after the conclusion of the contract is the advantage of the supplier when choosing the winner.
Pickup Buyer from the supplier's warehouse. Delivery is carried out in batches at the buyer's request. It is necessary to separate products for delivery to the addresses of several consignees (with the provision of different sets of documents for each of the consignees).

Delivery of analogues of the goods is not allowed
Indication of the manufacturer of the item in the application is required
It is necessary to present a passport or certificate of goods in the application
In case the supplier of the goods is the dealer of the manufacturer in the application it is necessary to submit dealer agreement.
In case the goods are subject to certification or declaration in the SFT system, it is necessary to submit certified copies of the relevant certificates (declarations) in the application form.
If there is a quality management system in the organization, the relevant documents must be submitted
Provision of warranty for products is required (Warranty period must be specified in the offer)
The price for the delivered products in the offer should be specified in rubles of the Russian Federation excluding VAT.
Procurement of positional (selective delivery of individual items of the lot is allowed)
The commercial offer must be valid within 45 calendar days after the end of the auction on the electronic trading platform.
