Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Rules of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (like the ongoing preliminary selection of the Supplier) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 7. The winner (s) of the tender is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, according to the results of all aggregate factors (price, deferred payment, presence / absence of advance payment, guarantee, standard conditions of Rusagro)
