Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Dear participants!
Mandatory conditions:
1. Payment terms - 30% advance, 70% final payment on 31 calendar days.
2. Performance of works according to the TOR.
3. The presence of an existing SRO SMR for work above 3 million rubles.
4. Providing a guarantee for the work - 3 years.
5. Provide a guarantee for equipment (boilers, burners) from the manufacturer.
6. Execution of works and start-up of the boiler house until 10/15/2023
Please provide:
- an offer that must comply with the specified deadline for the performance of work, payment terms, specified activities, composition and quantity of equipment, warranty obligations;
- your alternative option for performing work on terms, cost and payment terms without changing the composition of work, quantity and brands of equipment; the desired warranty period.

Other requirements:
1 Work on the existing boiler room of the Distribution Center.
2 Purchase and delivery of equipment by the contractor.
3 Unloading of boilers, installation works are carried out by the contractor's forces, equipment and mechanisms.
4 Making changes to the operational documentation of the boiler house.
5 Obtaining permits for operation before the heating season.
6 Execution of works and start-up of the boiler house until 10/15/2023
7 Lack of affiliation with other contest participants

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants
