Boiler repair. Gas boiler house, operating. It consists of three hot water boilers manufactured by REMEX Teplomash LLC.
Type of work:
1. Opening of the boiler: dismantling of the flue, lining, wall of the rotary chamber and the heat-insulating layer of the rotary chamber.
To carry out a flaw detection of the pipe board along the perimeter, followed by the provision of examination results;
2. Open the door of the furnace chamber, for which you must first prepare, disconnect and shut off the section of the gas pipeline suitable for the burner;
3.For dismantling and installation of smoke pipes, dismantle the section of the wall panel with subsequent restoration;
4. Perform dismantling and installation of smoke pipes (at a low negative ambient temperature for the duration of these works with the opening of the boiler room wall to provide heating of the boiler room with thermal devices, the connection points of the devices to coordinate with the Customer);
5. Conduct hydraulic tests of the boiler after repair (provide for disconnecting the boiler from the existing pipeline);
6. Carry out chemical flushing of the boiler (descaling);
7. Conduct hydraulic testing of the boiler after flushing;
8. Lining of the rotary camera;
9. Restoration of the rear wall of the boiler;
10. Restoration of boiler skin;
11. Close the door of the furnace chamber;
12. Connect the section of the gas pipeline to the burner;
13. Replace the flanged gas gate with a ball valve.
14. Make a tie-in to the drainage line of the ball valve.
15. Replace the inlet-outlet valves with ball valves.
16. Conducting routine commissioning tests.
