Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:On the condition of advance payment, we will consider your proposals (specified in the Appendix to the protocol). The amount of the advance payment cannot exceed the cost of building materials, the production of work with a minimum advance or its absence is encouraged. The rest of the amount is paid after the delivery of "acts of completion ks-2, ks-3, executive documentation, within 20 banking days"
