Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Prices should be specified taking into account transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be carried out by the Customer by transferring bills of exchange to the Contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out according to the act of acceptance. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer is considered to have fulfilled its obligation to pay for the work.
2. Payment for the work performed, to be made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of acts on the performance of work
Delivery terms:
1) The term of work performance is 1 month (from the moment of signing the contract)
2. Certification of engineers and technicians for industrial safety of hazardous production facilities.
3. The warranty period is 24 months.
4. The Contractor shall perform the work on its own. Attracting third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the Customer, the Contractor shall provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Contractor’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming that the Contractor can perform the work independently, including but not limited to extract from the staffing list with copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment of mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer) ..
Comments: 1. The participant who took part in the procedure (made the proposal), before the expiration of the deadline for receipt of applications, must provide an estimate for the execution of works.
2. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, art. 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
