Contract performance security:Участник – победитель тендерной процедуры, в случае заключения с ним договора, обязан предоставить обеспечение исполнения гарантийных обязательств. Условия обеспечения исполнения обязательств определены в Приложении №3а.
Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided for.
The final calculation for the volume of work performed is carried out within 60 calendar days after the signing of the acceptance committee act, subject to the elimination of deficiencies identified during its implementation and the transfer of technical documentation.
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 01.01.2020) to 12.31.2020
(An indicative work schedule is presented in Appendix No. 2 to the draft Agreement)

Comments:
Notification of the results of the procedure will be available in the tab "Files uploaded by the organizer" after summing up.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!:В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры. С 14.01.2019 в тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков завершения тендера НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение. Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!:В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе.
ВАЖНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ!!!:Договор с победителем тендера будет заключен в соответствии с проектом договора, предоставленного Заказчиком в составе тендерной документации.
