Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment for services rendered to the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date the Customer signs the Act of Acceptance of the work performed.

Period of service: from 09/01/2019 to 10/31/2019
The work must be performed qualitatively in full according to Appendix 1-2. Use only certified materials and components;
Warranty period for work performed - 1 year
Single execution of work. Gratuitous elimination of defects in the result of the Works found within the warranty period, within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of the request. In these cases, the warranty period is accordingly extended for the period of elimination of deficiencies.
Upon completion of the work, the Contractor shall provide the customer with an acceptance certificate for the work performed (original, 2 copies).
The cost of services should include all possible costs of the Challenger: equipment, inventory, consumables and components, salaries for employees (PF), overalls and other possible expenses associated with the provision of services, including taxes paid or payable and other obligatory payments.
