Comments: 1.This competitive procedure, at the prior choice of the Supplier, is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer as part of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the pre-selection procedure of the Supplier itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code RF.
