- preferable is the conclusion of the Agreement on the standard form of JSC "Salavatsteklo"
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases:
- a commercial offer was received after the expiry of the deadline;
- the terms of the offer do not correspond to the terms of this notice;
- the commercial offer contains inaccurate information;
- the person who has submitted a commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or an insolvency (bankruptcy) proceeding against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
JSC "Salavatsteklo" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
