17. Requirements for the Contractor.
17.1. The contractor must have the necessary production and human resources to carry out this work, be a member of a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
17.2. To clarify the conditions for the performance of work, familiarization with the object, the arrival of the Contractor's representatives to the Customer is mandatory.
17.3. In the organization of the Contractor, according to the staffing table, there must be at least ten staff units of blue-collar occupations. The organization must conduct production and economic activities for at least three years and not have a zero balance sheet
17.4. The contractor in his commercial offer indicates the procedure for payment for work and other conditions.
17.5. Certification of the head, engineering technician and executors for industrial safety and labor protection at HIF. According to Appendix No. 1.
17.6. Provision of health and safety measures for safe work methods at the facility.

18. Conditions of work
18.1. Work at an operating enterprise.
