9.2. платеж в размере 10% от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 65 (Шестидесяти пяти) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Подрядчиком были в полном объеме выполнены обязательства по настоящему Договору, что подтверждается подписанием Акта технической приемки выполненных работ.
