Payment terms:Заказчик выплачивает аванс Подрядчику в размере 30% от стоимости материалов, необходимых для производства работ, в течении 15-ти банковских дней после двустороннего подписания договора на основании выставленного счета. Сумма аванса погашается первыми актами выполненных работ
Окончательный расчет производится Заказчиком поэтапно не позднее 30 дней после окончания этапа работ, включая устранение выявленных в процессе приемки недостатков на основании акта выполненных работ согласно счета-фактуры. Счет-фактура должна быть оформлена в соответствии со ст. 168, 169 ч. 2 НК РФ с обязательной ссылкой на номер договора
