The Pirelli Russia company, represented by KIROV TYR PC LLC, offers to take part in the internal procedure for selecting a contractor for the work specified in the terms of reference.
For contractors who have not previously participated in the procedures of KIROV TYR PC LLC, it is possible to discuss alternative conditions for participation in the tender procedure. To do this, contact the Pirelli Russia Commercial Representative at the contacts below.

CONDITIONS OF THE PROCEDURE:

The procedure is carried out in one stage in real time. Detention is possible only in exceptional cases.
The duration of the procedure may be extended at the request of the Bidder. To do this, you need to contact a representative of Pirelli Russia.

SUBMISSION OF AN OFFER:

For the final price bid, it is necessary to back up a commercial offer with an indication of the cost issued on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person.

In the commercial offer it is necessary to specify:

Any discrepancies with the requirements of the terms of reference (for example, terms, warranty obligations, etc.)
