Для контрагентов, предварительно зарегистрировавшихся в Системе, но не получивших ЭЦП и не оплативших участие в Системе, имеется возможность загрузки предложений организатором запроса цена от имени контрагента.:Для этого обязательно наличие трех документов:
- Оферты (коммерческого предложения) заверенного подписью уполномоченного лица и печатью организации;
- Документа, устанавливающего право на осуществления действий от лица контрагента (например, доверенность);
- Письмо с отказом от дальнейших претензий по случаю того, что предложение подается на торгах не самим Участником
(в свободной форме на бланке компании с подписью уполномоченного лица).
Обязательное условие предоставления файла с документами в запросе цен, подтверждающего статус участника производитель или дилер.
Срок действия коммерческого предложения 2месяца.
