1. The submitted proposal within the first stage (until 08/26/2022) must consist of a technical part (in the form of Appendix 6 with the completion of Appendices 2-5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The technical part must contain a list, the composition of the work, etc., it is NOT ALLOWED to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
METALLOINVEST Management Company LLC uses electronic document management (EDO) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
2. Submission of a commercial offer (from 08/27/2022 to 09/05/2022) is carried out in the second stage in the form of a commercial part. The scope of work is indicated in the TOR (in the attachment). It is mandatory to specify the total cost of work without VAT in the Application for the TAP (Commercial part), according to the Application form (the Application tab for the TAP). The total cost of the commercial offer should be indicated taking into account all costs (transport, travel, rent, etc.), excluding VAT, in accordance with the scope of work in the TOR.
If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.
If false information is provided, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
