This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
The customer makes the payment by transferring the money to the Contractor's checking account in the following order: 100% of the cost of services - within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing acts on acceptance of completed works by the Customer.
The period of work: July 1, 2019 - 01.11. 2019 The completion of the completed works is done in stages, for each object, by signing the Acts on acceptance of the completed works for actually performed works.
