Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
1. Price shall be indicated including transportation costs.
Payment for work under this Agreement may be made by the Customer by transferring bills to the Contractor. The transfer of bills is carried out under the act of acceptance. From the moment of transfer of the bill of exchange, the Customer shall be deemed to have fulfilled his obligation to pay for the work.
2. Payment for work performed, made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of acts of work
Delivery terms:
1. The deadline is 2 weeks (from the moment of signing the contract)
2. Certification of engineers and industrial safety performers of hazardous production facilities.
3. Warranty period is 24 months.
4. The contractor is required to do the work on his own. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
At the request of the Customer, the Contractor is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Contractor, the Customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent work by the Contractor, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with attached copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the availability of property or on a rental basis: office, warehouse, production facilities, machinery equipment, vehicles.
If these documents are not provided, the Customer has the right to reject the offer (offer) ..

1. The participant who participated in the procedure (made a proposal), before the deadline for accepting applications, must provide an estimate for the execution of work.
2. This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
By submitting an offer (offer), the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
